It is vital for a group the magnitude of the J.Carrión Group, which is involved
in so many different activities, with locations so far apart but which have so much
work in common, that it have highly advanced information and communication systems
to properly be managed.
This Department carries our five main activities:
- Design of application software according to user specifications
- Incorporation of external software, when we turn to reliable third-party developers to obtain their specialised products
- Design communication solutions, both for networks between servers and workplaces, as well as virtual networks for the locating and integration of vehicles en route
- Basic maintenance of computers, systems and networks; and tech-support for users
- Research of advanced technologies in order to incorporate those which could improve our systems
In charge of handling this work is a team of 40 expert professionals specialised in all of these areas.
